If you are fitting a seat, set it and any column adjustments at the middle of the various travel ranges and then block up seat up to match these dimensions.
you will probably be close to your final dimensions for seat mounts. If you are starting with a seat from a truck with a flat floor you may well end up just bolting the rails to the floor.

Car seats set too low in a TF or AD cab will run out of leg room, the cabs are designed around an upright sitting position.

I know some people object to the look of high back buckets, or even worse ones with integral belts. I run a pair of early 2000s sierra buckets with power bases and integral belts in my '52. Just throw them on the floor and bolt them down through some reinforcement plates. Done. And for me comfortable. The matching center console will NOT fit in an AD unless you want the wheel centered on your right shoulder and your left shoulder tight to the door.
