Key Parts is about the best I've found in the last few years. Nothing like GM, but man its hard to find nice ones.
Maybe try a place called "Truck Haven" in Unionville TN. He should have one. I havent talked to him in a while but he has a bunch of parts trucks. You wouldn't be disappointed with a Key Parts repro though. Just my .02
