My sleeve arrived and it looks great. The packaging was exceptional, which guaranteed a safe arrival. What a nice job, as it looks like a factory piece.
Some additional feedback I wanted to share - On his dime, Ray ended up shipping my sleeve via UPS since a postal strike was looming. This added extra costs on Ray's end, yet he refused to accept my offer to send additional funds to cover the shipping. Customer service at its best! Thanks, Ray! |
