I just got a 1930 Model A Pickup and have been reading about the exhaust manifold heaters. Quite a few testimonials about them working good. They have one that just sits on top of the exhaust manifold. No installation except for the small hole in the firewall to transfer the heat. Sounds like the way to go to me....
