The base body color does appear to be 516 orange/"Tangiers Orange"
However I must point out the paint scheme was not offered on Suburbans from the factory nor was the upper/belt molding.
As painted it mimics the pickup code 483 Deluxe Two-Tone WHITE/ORANGE/WHITE/ORANGE.

The three correct 516 orange factory schemes for a Suburban would be.
516 solid orange
546 Conventional Two-Tone WHITE/ORANGE (white roof, orange body)
594 Special Two-Tone WHITE/ORANGE/WHITE (white roof, orange body and white below bodyside moldings)

My 71 is tangier. My SPID says it was originally Hugger though.
