Re: My new..... 71!

Great attention to detail and measurements.

Sometimes at my current job I do machining on weldments such as your frame.

This looks Alot better than the info that I get to work with.

Thanks. I'm gonna try and make it as close as I can to mine. 3rd row 08 Tahoe seats with built in seat belts that I had after selling it. They are the same color as the 99 Tahoe seats in my truck. I think they will work just right with a set of brakets made up for them. The seat is 49" wide so they should fit nicely inside the 52" of the body. I haven't decided on what I'm using to make the flooring out of yet. I'm wanting to use something very light and easy to work with as in cutting it.

It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Talking Re: My new..... 71!

Not much to post about. Still waiting on Riggz to call me and take the frame to him. I have it ready for him now. It has the floor sitting in place but until I know where the body falls I can't hard mount it. Seats are just sitting there as well. Soon I hope it will be loaded up and on it's way to meet with the body.
I need to order some z bar to make the seat brackets or make some. I have a 67/72 polished tilt steering column to go in it also.
The controller is a Navitas AC 850 amp with 7.5 K motor and 76 volt Lithium/Skunkworks battery combo, one of the biggest controller/motor/battery kits you can buy today. I ordered the water jug to use for the burnouts and will install a front disc brake lock to help.
