Vin# other then on door plate?

I have a 1967 c10 that had the door Vin # plate removed. Is there any other place on the truck that I can find the Vin# or any other identifying #'s? I would like to apply for a title and need to have that #.

If it has the original drivers door there should be a sticker on it right above the latch. And I also heard that it's stamped on the front frame rail somewhere.

Top of driver's side frame rail between the suspension and steering box.

67's were known for not having vins stamped on the frames on many occassions.

Did all the 69-72's have the vin in that location...?

Some of the older cars had them on the driver's side frame rail just in front of the rear wheel.

Basically part of the total vin is stamped in the region being pointed at or further up the frame towards the cab...but like I said a 67 may not be stamped.

I don't worry about that stuff...just like knowing that my pic is going to good use. Most of the info pics I post weren't taken by me either.
