Me thinks 3-4 weeks for the old truck "mini" get together is GOOD.
You do need to show all the good board members out there some pics, soon. Progress pics are good! Don't be fooled, I think Chickenwing's he's got plenty of finesse and feel, what he thinks is "off" would probably look great in the eyes of some people. Re: Tognotti's, yep they are a difficult place when it comes to returns.
