I hope they get this problem taken care of. If not, I'll have to look for original stuff rather than buying from them.

Thumbs down

to start this message off I went to Memphis last march and spent $1700 with Kenny's truck parts in ok.got new doors core support fenders inner fenders grill shell for my 71 Chevy pick up.now to the problem Kenny had the fenders shipped from you to me, I have tried several times to assemble the dog house but cannot get the fenders to fit.I gave up on the fenders and hung them on the wall, quit on the project.went back and tried again still no luck. seem your supplier from Japan put the inner structure in so far off that these fenders will not fit,if you get one body line to line up the rest are way off.the grill also will not line up or even fit the front of the fenders let along bolt in. the holes for the grill are off so far that one bolt is all that will fit.gap at the cowl half inch on drivers side with no shims an hits the hood about half way down hood line. the passenger side is so far off that if I were to ream out the holes wear it bolts at the cowl there would be no metal left to bolt to. after all this I went and got a used set of rusty fenders bolted them on and all the body lines are prefect and the grill bolts right in.this tells me that the fenders you sent me were junk. got to looking trying to figure out the problem an discovered the inner structure was put in wrong. I have been doing this kind of work for over 35 years just so you don't think I am a rookie. I have called Kenny several times and he has told me some are good and some are not.could this be a set of fender they built on Friday just before they got off work? all jokes aside I need help hear what can we do with this problem. I see that on the 67 to 72 parts board that members are also having problems. you can contact me at snow188@insightbb.com my phone number is 217-864-4898. would like to get this message to Gary j Jordan thank you and let me know . snow man

I've bought several things from Goodmark ranging from full quarters for a 65 Impala{fit great},cowl hood 72 Chevy,{fit great},swb box sides,{fit great} and doors for a 76 chevy truck which were JUNK! When I wrote and called them they said the things that DID NOT have the "Authentic GM Parts", or made from original tooling, something like that, logo beside were from Japan and "were handled many times by the time they get here" The ones with the "Authentic GM Parts" do fit really nice but not all the parts they sell have that next to it! Ask first if they are.

It seems that we have stumbled onto a real issue here. I think that most of us by parts hoping that for our money we will get something that fits. When we buy from what is supposed to be a reputable supplier and find they do not it looks as though we my have to rethink their reputation
