Here's one from Hills HotRods in Lubbock, TX.

That truck from Hill's is int he current issue of Street Trucks. He had the rear end narrowed and the front a-arms narrowed to tuck those big wheels inside. I think that is better then redoing the rear fenders.

I had a 84 GMC back in the early 90's. After seeing all these, wish I still had it...

here's mine, the first two photo's are PhotoDrop'd, the 3'rd is actual for now. it'll sit bout 3" off the ground soon as I get home. bout 15 more month's from now ! 22'5 TowNasty's mill'd down to 22 . same wheel as PigRig but with out the extra machine work, I'll end up wide'n the fender's and add a 22" inner wheel. as Jcampbell said, it dont look right from the back with the 16" inner wheel.

Here is mine, not quite as low as some of the others but still low.Hills Hot Rods did my suspension work at the same time he was building his shop dually shown earlier in this thread.

justpball what size and offset are your wheels/tires man? i love your truck. never wanted a 4-door anything till i saw yours for the first time.

What's the rear set-up? I'm curious what you went through for the wheels/tires to fit?

I know its your truck, but man please don't do that. You have the cleanest CCSB square I have ever seen. I'll take long bed duallys all day, but shortys look so good single wheel.

I am prolly going to have a pro shop do my back half(next year), I figure shortening the frame wouldn't be that much more expensive to do. Make sure you check your measurements if you decide to do this. All suburban tanks I have seen are too long to fit under a short bed, esp if you plan to lower it. I think the blazer tanks are a much better fit, but they hold about 8-10 gal. less also.

I was going by Joe231's build- he put a 31 gal sub tank in a s/b converted truck....figured a dually would be OK for this too. if not someone makes a fuelcell to fit...I just need a 25-35 gal fuel tank...right now only I have 1 side tank working...

I assumed you were using the TowNasty pkg. I wasn't sure exactly what was required to complete the install. Did narrowing the rear end that amount require relocating items on the housing (removal of OE spring/shock perches)? Did the bedsides have to be cut up for clearance too?
