Wheel Bearings

How hard is it to change the wheel bearings in the front of my 72 k10? I notice the driver side looked like it was leaning and when I jacked it up it was a tad bit loose, there is also a scraping noise coming from that side that goes away when you turn to the right. Is there any special tools I will need? Just wondering I've never done it before. Thanks
