Here are a few pics of my truck. Bodyman just completed the cab, he still has to paint the top of the doors white. It will eventually get full trim with the white center. I had the front inner fenders and radiator support powder coated....looks much better then in the pics. Time to take it back to the bodyshop so he can continue.

Beautifull truck!!! Can you give us some pics and details on the headers that you are using. Are they the Chevelle shorties? Who makes them?

Answers to your questions
Gee Emm....yes factory Ochre color. Truck was originally the "hugger orange color" but I always loved the ochre and white paint scheme.
DevinM....the headers are Chevelle 3/4 length made by Dynamax. I bought them from Summit and am happy with the fit. I have attached a better pic of them....ignore the dirty tranny!!!

Good looking cab and those headers look SWEET! I have a couple of questions for you. You said that you powder coated the fender wells and rad support, did you powdercoat the frame as well? My next question is .... what does everyone use for undercoating? I need to figure something out quickly because my cab is set for primer today and should be in the booth by next week and i had originally planned to have my friend at line X hit my cab and fener wells with spray on poly but he no longer works there and they want $300 to do what i want done which seems high. Has anyone had any exp w spray on undercoatings and what type and where do you get them?

Answer for GreyHoundSteve
GreyHoundSteve...no the frame is not powder coated. It was done with POR-15. If you look closely, you can see where it sat out in the sun for too long (POR-15 re-acts to sunlight). It turned to a dull powder like finish, but the top layer wipes off easily and still looks good even after the sun damage?

Can you spray single stage paint over POR15?

Are these the headers in your picture? I could not find a Summit part number that said Dynomax Chevelle 3/4 length header...just one that said Dynomax shorty Ceramic, Part number: WLK-86118. Just wondered if you could verify this part number.

Good lookin header. Like how you can do a starter change with minimal effort. Looks like the #6 and #5 plugs are a bit tight but what header doesnt mess with some plugs?
I'm saving that part # thank-you. How thick is the flange please?
