stock sway bar question
i have a 71 1/2 ton lwb just wondering if an 73 3/4 ton heavy duty front sway bar will work on my truck with no mods?

Yes it will fit. You will need to get the correct bushings if you replace them, everything else should bolt up.

thanks n2trux, my truck did not have a factory swaybar or was removed by the po. which bushings are you speaking of exactly as the correct ones?

I have a 78 3/4 ton sway bar on mine with my original brackets and new bushings from o reillies, worked, no problem

skeeterbug I misread your post. I thought you were upgrading to a C-20 bar. The bushing I referred to are the ones that are clamped at the frame. In your case you will have the correct size bushing.
