Replacing door lock cylinders?
I just aquired a nice old '73 K20, unfortunately it did not come with any keys for the doors. I found a matching set of door lock and ignition cylinders for about $25, it would be nice to have only one key for all. How difficult would these be to install in the doors? I'm not sure if this is a project I want to do myself, but I need to get it done ASAP because my truck is unlocked until I can fix it...

It's a fairly easy job. Most people find that removing the window crank is the hardest part. You have to remove the interior door panel (upholstery). From that point it is really just a matter of popping the clip off of the lock rod and the larger clip that holds the cylinder to the door skin.
It is essentially a reverse of everything to put it back together.

like Longhair said, it's a fairly straightforward process.
Have you tried the obvious first? My '73 only has 1 key, but it took some time and penetrating oil to get the door cylinders freed up.

Slip it behind the window crank to quickly remove the spring clip. One of the "must have" tools if you intend to service automobile locks
