What is it #2

So what is this? It is below the passenger tank near the non OEM fuel line coming from the top of the tank.

that is the "y joint" you were asking about in your first what is it post.
like mentioned above that is the dual tank valve.

So where would the lines from the drivers side tank come from? Its obviously not hooked up but I have no lines from the drivers tank.

The drivers side feed lines run across the rear frame cross member where the body mounts are from the drivers side to that valve and only 1 set of lines go to the front.

Your fuel filter should really be between the fuel pump and carb also.
