CPP terrible service

On Dec 10, 2011 I bought a Column drop & Floor Plate from CPP off ebay. After waiting for it to ship I emailed them on 12/20 and they said the item was back ordered. Why did I have to contact them to find out it was back-ordered? But I was told they had just arrive in there warehouse but they had to inspect them. Then they said were not shipping the week of 12/26-12/30. I was told it would ship the first week of January. After emailed them Saturday 1/7 and was emailed back on 1/9 told it was going to ship in 5 business days. I emailed them on 1/17 and got no response so I emailed on 1/20 and I still have not heard back about the item shipping. Worst customer service ever. I will not be buying from them again.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Re: CPP terrible service

They used to be a board vendor but they are not anymore, not sure if it was because of service issues and the admins asked them to leave or if CPP decided to drop the sponsorship. either way they're Ebay stuff has always been bad IMO, I usually just buy from a board person or vendor. Sorry you have had so much garbage with this one order from them. Maybe you can still cancel it.

Re: CPP terrible service

CPP sells great products, but have some terrible custome service issues.
I try to buy there products from other sources.
Summit Racing sells their drop spindles along with other board supporting Vendors.
Try to find what you need from CPP from another source.

As you have seen, here,... in the bad deals area,... you aren't the only one.

Re: CPP terrible service

I have there brake pedal assembly in my 55 and it is great quality but they have terrible customer service. I have seen the other post after buying from them but after buying the brake pedal from them i figured that i'd be ok. I just wanted to add my story. The only reason I bought it from ebay is they had a great deal. Guess i'll just have to just avoid them and buy from other vendors.

I dont honestly know Liz, kind of hard to actually ever figure out what happened seeings he ignored my requests to go over our account like 25 times. I was more than willing to help correct the issues, i was prepared to do whatever it took, i was even ready to fly Josh out here and have him show me how to do my job. I honestly have no idea what happened, he told me our service was to much to deal with yet i checked our payroll and couldn't find Josh's name on the payroll! LOL I dunno seriously i am always here but i am not sure i can ever correct something i am unaware of. Josh has my number and my e-mail if he wants to get in contact with me.

Re: CPP terrible service

If voicing my experience with CPP is slinging mud, then here goes. Close to $1K for the rear brake kit and now I'm going with Wilwood. As Aaron with Customer Support was so quick to reference this AM, beware of their 30 day return policy. I'm sure others here have ran into issues and their build has been put on the back burner.

2 sets of rear pads and both sets rub on the rotor, and rotor hats.

Re: CPP terrible service

30 days from when you recieve it?
Or 30 days from when you order it?
3 weeks is the normal shipping time,... especially if the order doesn't leave CPP, a minimum, of 7 days after you order it.
