Does anyone recognize this truck? If so, do you know how to get ahold of the owner.

I pretty much came to the conclusion if the add doesn't have a phone # you will never get a response.. A few months ago I was looking for a riding mower and s10 trans, 8 emails sent no response from any of them, some were sent within an hour of being posted some of the adds have been reposted several time since then... |

Call the Denver PD and tell them "I found a license plate on the road. The plate # is 172 CAC. Can you tell me where the owner lives so I can return it to him?"
