Re: Poly fuel tank???
who is that from and how big is it? New vehicles come with poly tanks I wouldn't be concerned. Actually I am asking who its from because I would be interested in one myself. My truck has an aluminum cell but it's only 13 gallons and doesn't have an internal pump.

Re: Poly fuel tank???
The one I ran looked very similar and didn't have any issues. I had used mine for several years with an external pump for my efi. I was able to swap to an aluminum tank with the pump internal.
My tank fit fine however it did hang down so it was visible, there was no safety concerns but I didn't like the way it looked.

Re: Poly fuel tank???
I just sold the exact tank yesterday. I purchased it from Brothers about 20 years ago. I installed it, but never used it. You will need to modify a sheet metal bed support by cutting about 1/2 out of it so that the tank can sit flush with the frame.
The reason for selling is I went fuel injection and slammed the truck. I was a little concerned the the ground clearance with the poly tank. BTW - I gave it away for $100
