4.3 to 5.7 Van Swap Question

Hey all,
I have a 98 C1500 with a 4.3 that's on its last leg. I dont want to do a 5.3 or 6.0 in it because I have another truck for that. I found a 5.7 out of a 2001 chevy van with 80k miles. From what I read on the forum, the only thing I really need to do is motor mounts, ECU, and wiring harness. Can anyone tell me if the 5.7 out of the van had anything different that I should be taking a closer look at?
