61hawk Registered User Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Lexington, SC Posts: 329	Front Sway Bar Hitting Tie Rod Ends and Adjusters So I swapped my manual steering box to a power steering box this morning and now I notice that my tie rod ends and adjusters are hitting the sway bar if I go past about 1/3 turn. CPP 1-1/8" sway bar. Don't know if it did it before with the manual box. Everything looks right, but obviously not. Straight ahead: Right turn, drivers side hits: Left turn, passenger side hits:
