67 C10 Ride Height

I bought a 67 C10 and it appears that the PO didn't lower it "correctly". It looks like the rear coils have had a torch applied to them, and I think the front coils have been cut. Oh, and it rides like ****!!!

I would like to use lowered springs for the rear, and I have 3" dropped spindles for the front. Before I order rear coils/blocks, and new front springs, I would like to baseline how low I am from stock. I would like to keep the ride height about where it is now or maybe an inch lower.

My measurements from the fender lip to the center of the front wheel is 18" for the front and 18.5" for the rear. Does anyone have measurements at stock ride height from the fender edge to the center of the wheel?
