Help with Fuel Pump wiring/relay

Just picked up this 93 this past couple weeks, finally getting around to it. Has a V6 and stick. It had a stupid alarm system on it integrated into the wiring. That’s all removed now, and noticed starter was bad and replaced as well. Just finally got around to trying to get it to start. I hear the relays go bad on these quite a bit, so I snagged one from a part store to see if anything worked. Nope. Anywho, with a test light, all the junction block wires have power, and also past the plastic links. I noticed no power on the fuel pump fuse on either side. Where do those wires(gray) end up? Does one go to the relay? Possible new relay is bad?
