Headliner & Trim install

Installed my new headliner over the last few days.
* PUI Headliner
* New trim made from the OEM molds
* Velcro
Started by placing masking tape on all 4 sides of both the headliner & truck roof. Held the headliner in place ( with help from my wife ) and marked the tape so we could line it back up when installing it. Cut 17" strips of velco and stuck the hook side to the roof ( about 3" in from where the edge of the headline will be ) using the indentations in the roof as guidelines . Then stuck the loop side of the velcro to the hook side and pealed the plastic barrier off .
Now we carefully lined up the marks and pressed the headliner to the velcro/tape. Got it right on the 1st shot !!! The carefully installed the trim ...

Re: Headliner & Trim install

I like how it went, no mess, no having to keep it supported until silicone or glue dried and it holds good !

Yours looks great too !
