I'm pretty sure you can't. The way I remember them back in the day was with a plug. You would install the knuckle, after pressing the ball-joints into it. Screw in the regular straight fitting, grease the joint as usual. Then you remove the fitting and install the plug that came with it. They were shorter than the fitting and less likely to break.
Apparently the thinking was that you would need to service the axle joints again by the time you needed to add grease to the ball-joints?
Before Spicer came up with the geaseable axle joints, they were un-serviceable too.
