Ok, did a little Googling, and it's a '91-'93 Caprice. Looks very close, but the truck is 100mph where as the Caprice is 80, but might be close enough to work by moving the needle down a bit since it looks like the truck has a little bit more sweep to it. Then you would just have to move the odometer, which should be doable since electric ones aren't built into the speedo like the cable driven ones are.
