Nice pics! Did you add to the pedal return stop, or are you using the SLS as the stop now?

SLS meaning?

I glued a rubber "foot" to the existing stop, which added about 1/4". That turned out to be another 1.5" at the pedal. But with the shortened pushrod, the brake pedal arm barely hits the rubber bumper.

There's also just a tint bit of free play, which is what I wanted.

It's a real balancing act. Can't tell you how many times I took things apart, made adjustments, and put thing back together. I feel like I'll need to slightly adjust the switch someday.

Use some strong adhesive if you use a rubber "foot" to extend the pedal stop. This Loctite stuff is awesome if you following the instructions. Be sure to clean off the adhesive that comes on the foot using carb cleaner or adhesive remover. Also the existing rubber stop's surface.
