Rob when are you guys going to install the rear bags on Project JT, you have convinced me that your rear shock relocator is the way I need to go along with 3 inch springs, however I like you want the option to carry a load or pull a trailer so there is no reason to put springs on then replace those with bags.

No problem. I've used them on others, but not yet on the JT. So far, we have the used upper arms on it. But, I can say with confidence that there is a gain hear, for cheap. If you need to replace yours, get the tall truck ball joints from Howe or the likes. You'll be glad you did. This weekend is the Great Labor Day Cruise in OC, we will be autocrossing there. Our new C-10 front bar mount directly to the frame rail. If equipped, the factory standoff must go. the rivit connecting the frame rail to the front crossmember is removed, and then a 3/8" hole is drilled 3" behind on the rail.

This is the front bolt-through the rivit hole. the bar is big 1 3/8" dia.

With ridetech a-arms the sway bar link connects to the tab provided. the link is appx 9" long, long enough to get the bar up above stock style steering.

On a stock arm, you need to drill a 3/8" hole int he arm. This is an old tet pict-hence the nifty all thread.

I saw the article in Street Trucks about the suspension mods. Can you elaborate more on what you did for the front crossmember and for the mods to the rear frame? Pictures would be nice...

With the crossmember up 1 1/2", it was easier just to make new mounts. The firewall is stock, but we set the motor back as far as we could.

it was sure nice to get to meet you at the Good Guys Lone Star show in Fort Worth! It was humbling to know that you had some something to do with my El Camino. Thanks so much for signing my magazine, I will treasure it for as long as I can.

It was great to meet you A.C. For those that don't know, A.C. has the Painless Performance El Camino. I know it made a few Hot Rod Power Tours, and it was cool to see it in Texas at the GoodGuys show. A.C. is a true American Hero!! and is now working for the US ARMY on contract in Afganistan. (I hope I got that right) At home, he is working with a christian rod club (sorry A.C. I forgot the name) to help out as he can. Hey Rob:

I am interested in using hydroboost unit. I have your front power steering rack (t bird, I think). I will be using a LS motor and what ever pump comes with it. Are there any adapters or anything that I will need to do? Doesn't Ford use lower pressure?
